Claims: damaged merchandise must be called into Flat Earth Clay Works and Federal Express Ground within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Original cartons must be retained if merchandise is damaged or needs to be returned.
Shipments outside the United States: No shipments outside the contiguous United States Instructions for pottery must be followed. Colors may vary from firing to firing.
